Beer is permitted onboard in moderation. NO GLASS. Aluminum or plastic only
Intoxication or other behavior deemed inappropriate by the captain will result in the termination of the trip without refund
Any person carelessly damaging the vessel or its equipment will be responsible for repair and/or replacement costs
$100 deposit required for private charters, $25 for open boat seats
Deposit non-refundable if trip cancelled within 14 days of sailing date
Trips are for 1 to 6 passengers

Not sailing due to high winds, rough seas, or other inclement weather is at the sole discretion of the captain. Trips cancelled for weather will have their deposit forwarded to another date
